AppHero develops Shopify applications that help merchants improve their online stores, including Attrac, Free Gift and Upsell. When you install and use an AppHero application, we may access the following information through Shopify:

• Store information, such as your store name, domain, plan and contact details.
• Customer information, such as a customer's name or email address, where an app feature needs it.
• Order information, such as the products and amounts in an order.
• Product information, such as product titles, prices, images and inventory.
• Store configuration settings you create in our apps, such as offers, popups, gifts and upsells.

We only access the data needed for our apps to work.

Shopify Platform

Our apps receive data through Shopify's APIs and in line with Shopify's platform policies. As a merchant, you control what data our apps can access through Shopify's permission system when you install them.

Sub-Processors

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting and infrastructure. Our service providers are contractually bound to keep data confidential and to apply appropriate security measures.

Data may be processed or stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Data Retention

We keep data only for as long as it is needed to provide our services. When you uninstall an AppHero application, its access to your Shopify data is revoked immediately and the data we store is scheduled for deletion.
