Your gifts will never stop. If you exceed your plan's monthly gift limit, you'll be charged the standard price of the plan that matches your actual gift volume for that month. For example, if you're on Starter (up to 50 gifts) and use 66 gifts, you'll be charged the standard Boost plan price.
To pay less for the same thing. Choosing the plan that matches your expected monthly gift volume lets you benefit from the discounted plan price. If you choose a lower plan and exceed its limit, the plan that matches your actual usage will be charged at its standard price.
If your paid subscription doesn't meet your needs, you can request a refund within 30 days of starting your trial. We'll process the refund through Shopify Billing. No questions asked.
